1. Purposes of collection and use of Private Information
  • Name: Guest identification and confirmation for the reservation
  • Mobile phone number, Phone number: Reservation confirmation, Effective communication for notices and resolution of dissatisfaction issues, Provision of information on services, new products or events
  • E-mail, Contact Numbers: Reservation confirmation, Provision of information on services, new products or events, Notice and newsletter delivery
  • For other fluent service quality

    2. Collection of Private Information
  • Required: name, phone number, e-mail address
  • Selective: gender, etc

    3. Possession period of Private Information
  • In principle, all private information of guests is immediately destroyed upon the achievement of the purposes of collection or provision of such information
  • Provided, however, the information will be retained for the necessary period for purposes as follows.
  • Records required retaining as the basis for lawsuit or disputes: Up to five years
  • Records of customer dissatisfaction or disputes settlement: Up to three years
