Just 10 minutes walk away are Duksoo Palace, Lotte Department Store and Duty Free Shops, as well as Kyongbuk Palace, the royal gardens, Changkyung Palace, and other ancient palaces and historical museums in the heart of Seoul. Also, tourist attractions and shopping centres such as Itaewon, Namsan Mountain and Insadong are nearby.
The meals are not included in the cost of the room. The cost of meals is 18,500 Won per person (including tax and service charge). You can enjoy the morning buffet at the Coffee Shop on the 1st floor, or Donghae on the 18th floor.
All rooms include soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, skin lotion, comb, shaving kit, shower cap, cotton sticks and sanitary plastic bags. However, extra charge applies to shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and shaving kit.
You can board the limousine bus number 1 from Incheon Airport on the 1st floor, exit 4, on platform 4B, or exit 11 platform 11A. (Alight at Lotte Hotel, walk 3 minutes from Lotte Hotel). The total travel time from Incheon Airport to the hotel is around one hour.

At present there are a limited number of rooms in which internet access is possible. Internet access is not available for double rooms, so please mention if you require internet access when you make the reservation. Internet access is free if you have a LAN CARD in your notebook, and if you do not have a LAN CARD, the cost of a phone call will be charged. If you do not have a notebook, you can use the facilities in the business centre on the 2nd floor.
By regulations, the normal check-in time is after 12pm noon, and check-out time is before 12pm noon. If you require an extension of the check-out time, an extra charge of 60,500 Won will apply until 5pm, and an extra 1 night's stay will be charged for check-out after 5pm. During the high-demand season, it is impossible to extend the check-out time, so please enquire about this beforehand.
You can cancel upto 24 hours before check-in, and any cancellation after that will incure a cancellation charge. If you do not check-in on the reservation date, you will be charged for 1 night's stay.
The special rates of the rooms are dependent on whether it is a high or low demand season, or long weekend, as well as the demand for reservations. Special rates may apply depending on the demand for room reservations, so please enquire to the reservations department for further details.
